UNMASKED
A Four-week creative journey to bring to life a hidden aspect of your character
Unmasked is an invitation to meet grieving, shame, and shadow aspects as an opportunity for deep embodiment, integration and growth. Through the making of a physical representation of our masks, we will explore the energetics of color, dance, ritual and transformative play.
We are living in times of tragedy, separation, and confusion. A great unraveling — where grief, love, and compassion are often swept beneath tides of anger and overwhelm.
To grieve is our bodies natural process. A quiet cleansing that can open us to life.
This process offers an opportunity to transmute unconscious behavior into conscious choice.
Expanding our capacity for healing, grief, joy, and laughter. Here we can come home to ourselves.

This is a playful, powerful space for liberation and self-reclamation.

Healing through community ritual
As we embrace and love these different aspects of ourselves we give voice and personality to their story, needs, and desires, with compassion and loving kindness. Enactment shines a light on these hidden voices giving life our authentic expression. Through this process we will experience an integration and coherence that allows for deep awareness and understanding of our hidden patterns.
